Our story began with our late founder, a passionate gem cutter who dedicated his life to hand-sourcing raw opal specimens directly from the remote, sun-baked desert mines of Coober Pedy, Australia—the opal capital of the world. Today, his second generation proudly carries this torch forward, maintaining the exact same commitment to authenticity.
We deal exclusively in solid, 100% natural Australian opals. You will never find cheap doublets, triplets, or synthetic stones in our cases. When you look into a LamsOpal gem, you are seeing pure, untreated geological art—often described as a miniature galaxy trapped inside a stone.
